If I could buy them al I would, but Martha would throw me out. The
Schmidt-Rubin K-31 Straight-pull bolt action Swiss 7.5 (approximately 30.06)
is the best buy going. Get all you can! It is a swiss watch tht looks like a
rifle and will gain in value.
Another
interesting collector is the Polish "Makarov 9x18). although not a true
Makarov design, it is close and better than the Check p-63 by far. I think it
is model P-64. Do a search. They won't last long.
In
1998, I bought some 32 true Russian and E. German Makarov variants and sold
them two years later for thrice my investment. I got screwed at that. If you
run across any in any shoot-able condition for less than 200 bucks--snatch
'em up for a sure bet.
